    Another buckle I`m unsure of

    This buckle is a little damaged as you can see in the photo.There`s a small hole where the bar connects.It`s been repaired and is still nice and tight.I can`t find any makers mark on it.Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.If original I will most likely be selling it.Thanks,Gary

      How is the inset attached to the buckle ??? I do not see soldering points ??

          Lookd to me to be glued on. There are some huge gaps between the body and the face plate with some type of substance showing -glue?? Anyway Looks bad to me,

            It is put on with glue or putty....then somebody dirtied it up IMHO-

              The prong -bar is upside down, this happen sometime on original buckles, factory assembling mistakes, but this buckle has too many "unknowns"...
              A good cleaning will show more details....
